OUR APPROACH

Attention.
With intention.

Your body has its own history. Your practice should leave room for it. Here, Pilates begins with a conversation and develops through careful attention to how you move.

THE WAY WE WORK

Begin with you.
Build from there.

Movement is personal.
So is the starting point.

Perhaps you spend long days at a desk, train regularly for your sport, or simply want to make more time for yourself. Bring that context into the studio. Nadine’s approach centres on your experience, your goals and the details of your practice.

With private, duo and trio formats, the studio stays intentionally small. There is room to ask a question, pause for an explanation and understand what you are working towards.

THE PRACTICE, IN FOCUS

Small details.
A clear purpose.

01

Understand the movement.

Take time to get familiar with the equipment and the purpose of an exercise. Ask questions and share how the movement feels.

02

Focus on the details.

Work with Nadine’s guidance on technique and control. A thoughtful practice gives attention to how you move, as well as what you do.

03

Keep the conversation open.

Your routine and priorities may change. Let Nadine know what else is happening in your week so your practice remains a useful part of it.

A FORMAT THAT FITS

One to one.
Or a little company.

Choose dedicated time with Nadine, a shared session with a partner, or the rhythm of a small group. The right fit depends on how you like to learn, your experience and your diary.

There is no need to decide everything before you get in touch. Start with your questions, and talk through the options together.
