PERSONAL BY NATURE

Space to be heard.
Guidance to begin.

Your questions belong
in the conversation.

At The Movement Studio, the relationship between instructor and client is part of the practice. Nadine works with people who want individual attention and a considered way to make Pilates part of their lives.

That may mean navigating a demanding working week, making room alongside sport, or learning the equipment for the first time. You bring your own context; the studio gives you space to discuss it.

Sessions are available privately, as a duo or in a trio. Each format keeps the setting small and the conversation personal.

WORKING WITH NADINE

Thoughtful guidance.
At every step.

01

Tell her where you are starting.

Share your experience with Pilates, the activities you enjoy and what you would like from a session. You do not need a polished training plan to begin.

02

Find the right setting.

Discuss whether private, duo or trio sessions suit your goals and experience. Nadine can help you choose a starting point.

03

Make the practice yours.

Ask for explanations, share feedback and keep Nadine informed as your routine changes. A useful practice develops through that ongoing conversation.

HER SPACE IN THE CITY

A small studio.
A little breathing room.

You’ll find The Movement Studio at Roamwork on Harrington Street, in Cape Town’s East City. A personal setting for a focused part of your day.
