FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A little
more clarity.

From choosing a session to finding the studio, here are the practical things to know before you begin.

GETTING STARTED

A place to begin.

Do I need Pilates experience?

No previous experience is needed to start a conversation. Tell Nadine about your movement background and what you would like to work towards. She can help you decide on an appropriate starting point.

What happens before my first session?

Nadine will discuss the format, available times, price and practical arrangements with you. Share your goals and relevant exercise restrictions in advance so you can talk through what you need.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and bring water. Confirm footwear requirements and any other preparation with Nadine when you book.

How long is a session?

Confirm the session length with Nadine when arranging your booking, so you can plan enough time for your visit.

SESSIONS & PRICING

Find your rhythm.

What is the difference between private, duo and trio?

Private sessions are one-to-one. Duo sessions are shared by two people, and trio sessions by three. Explore the session options to compare the formats.

Can I train with a friend?

Yes, you can enquire about duo or trio sessions together. Tell Nadine about everyone’s experience, goals and preferred times before choosing a shared format.

Can I join a shared session on my own?

Ask Nadine about current duo and trio possibilities. Suitable groupings and spaces are discussed directly with the studio.

How do the prices work?

The displayed rates are per person and vary with weekly frequency. Nadine will confirm your rate and payment arrangements before you agree on a booking. View the sessions and pricing page for the current listed options.

BOOKING & CHANGES

Keep it personal.

How do I book?

Use the booking page to choose your session type and continue in WhatsApp, or call 083 463 0109. Nadine will confirm availability and the booking details directly.

Can I choose a regular weekly time?

Share your preferred days, times and frequency with Nadine. She will let you know what is available and discuss how to arrange your sessions.

What if I need to change or cancel a session?

Contact Nadine as soon as you know your plans have changed. Ask about the cancellation and rescheduling terms when making your booking.

Is my session booked when I open WhatsApp?

Your session is booked once you and Nadine have agreed on the details. Opening WhatsApp prepares a message for you to review and send; it does not reserve a time.
